These Saturday morning workshops are aimed at anyone who is interested in exploring what it means to be embodied.  In them we will take a deep dive into embodied movement through Somatics and yoga āsana to take us towards a deeper felt experience of ourselves.  Elements of prānāyāma, meditation and philosophy will be included.

‘Going Deeper’ sessions are open to all curious students of Yoga and/or Somatics, Student teachers and teachers alike.  Yoga teachers can claim 2.5 hours CPD for this event.

Time:  10:0am to 1:00pm

Places will be restricted to 12 participants.

Each session costs £40 and is paid for individually but sessions must be booked in advance with Debby.

Booking and Refund Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking a place on our workshops.  If that place is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the workshop then a refund of your payment less a £15 administration charge will be made.  If you cancel later than 6 weeks before the workshop runs then a refund of your payment less the £15 administration charge will only be given if the place is re-sold.

If we have to cancel a session for any reason we will offer a full refund or hold your payment for a further session as you prefer.
