1 weekend progression Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology Course for one to one Yoga Teachers and Yoga Therapists.

This is a single stand-alone Anatomy and Physiology weekend aimed at yoga teachers who are offering one to one teaching or Yoga Therapy. A standard of basic A&P to the level of our 3 weekend Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga course is expected for everyone joining this weekend. This weekend will build on previous A&P knowledge.

The weekend will include theory sessions and practical exercises to embed the learnings.

We will cover:

• Deep dives into the shoulder joint, the hip joint and the spine to explore bone and joint structure, muscles and connective tissues, function and vulnerabilities.

• The Digestive System including the Enteric Nervous System (the nervous system specific to our gut) and relevant functions of the Vagus Nerve

• Posture and movement analysis

• Breathing functions including fascia and connective tissues, and how the fluid nature of the body interacts with the function of breathing.

The cost of this weekend is £195 Earlybird if booked before 22nd September, £225 thereafter.
