Creating Spaciousness Within – Somatics in Yoga Module 2
A 4-day face to face course going deeper into our exploration of the symbiotic relationship between these two practices over 2 weekends in October and November 2025.
Our bodies hold tension and negative holding patterns often resulting in musculoskeletal problems. This is usually a result of factors like stress, habit, illness, fatigue or asymmetry. One of the main focuses of Somatics is to address these patterns to avoid pain and stiffness and to optimise function.
Limited to 14 places to allow for extra space – 20 hours CPD.
Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October 2025
Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November 2025
The cost is £400.

Workshops booking and refunds policy
Please contact Debby directly to either book a place or to ask any questions. Places can be secured with a £100 deposit. Deposit refunds will only be offered (less a £25 admin fee) if the place is resold. If we have to cancel the course for any reason then deposits/fees will be fully repayable.
